Efectividad de la comunicación en las pequeñas y medianas empresas del sector turístico en un entorno altamente competitivo

Resumen

La situación económica global vuelve cada vez más difícil la tarea de mantener competitivas a las pequeñas y medianas empresas (Pymes). El objetivo de este artículo es determinar la relación entre el Tiempo y Entrega de la Información (TEI), el Acceso a la Información (AI), el Uso de la Información (UI) y el Intercambio de la Información (II), con respecto de la efectividad de la comunicación (EC). Se analizan 260 Pymes turísticas mediante un modelo de regresión. Los resultados indican que todas las variables son influyentes en la EC, se destaca que el II es la variable con mayor influencia, mientras que el TEI es la menos influyente. Se concluye sobre la importancia de la EC para el desempeño de dichas organizaciones.
