Abstract

The objective is to analyze the mediating effect of the experience between motivations and repeat visitation in the Magical Town of Metepec, State of Mexico. The methodology was quantitative, 350 visitors were surveyed and structural equation modeling was used. The results show that pull motivations have a greater influence on the experience than push motivations. Likewise, repeat visits are determined by how pleasant, satisfactory, memorable, unique, and better the experience was.
